We are a private equity real estate company that services clients and investors to help them maximize their financial positions. We specialize in foreclosures, assisting homeowners with purchasing a home at a foreclosure auction as well as those facing foreclosure with what there options are. We also help our investors in purchasing Real Estate that brings profit to them based on their needs. Whether they are looking for short term investments or long term investments, we tailor our search based on the investor's need and provide them with choices to fit their investment goals.

Zee (as he is known to his friends, family and clients) is married to a lovely wife and has three beautiful daughters. He has lived and worked in Simi Valley for the past 25 years and is an active member of the community.

In 1991 the real estate market began to collapse, and Zee was facing financial disaster. His house was in foreclosure. He immediately began negotiating with his lenders, got them to work with him, and ultimately was able to turn a very negative situation into a very positive situation. His equity and financial future were saved.

Then he realized he was not the only one in need of support when facing foreclosure, so he began a quest to seek out other families in crisis to represent them. Over 25 years later, he has personally helped hundreds of families avoid foreclosure.

Zee holds a degree in Marketing and Real Estate Development.

Mamdouh (Mom-do) has lived in Simi Valley since 1987 and is dedicated to his wife and three children.

During the recession, Mamdouh was laid off from his job. Later, his wife faced a layoff from her job, and it placed him and his family in great danger of losing their home. After this experience, Mamdouh made it his mission to also help homeowners who were in danger of losing their home.

He began his Real Estate career, first as an agent, then as a broker, and is now licensed in commercial real estate. With over 30 years of experience, he has helped hundreds of homeowners stay in their home, avoid foreclosure and most importantly continue to thrive. With SB 1079 passing, he now also specializes in helping homeowners who want to purchase a home at auction.

Mamdouh holds a degree in Computer Engineering and an MBA in Global Management from University of Phoenix. He is an active member in the community and strives to help people achieve their goals and dreams.
